We don’t just license someone else’s technology.
We build the core engines ourselves
and we have kept them running for 15 years.

Our work runs on two tracks: SEECARGO, a dispatch and fleet-control SaaS built on our own engines, and SI & Operations — building and running systems for large enterprises and public agencies.

Chapter 01

SEECARGO

Dispatch and fleet control, ready on day one.
No servers, no installation — dispatch, tracking, driver app and reporting included.

Upload your orders,
dispatch done in
five minutes

Every morning, hundreds of vehicles across Korea run their dispatch through SEECARGO — including 70 branches of Nonghyup Hanaromart, the retail arm of Korea's national agricultural cooperative, and Sage Green's Big Coffee direct delivery. Real-world constraints go in as they are: 1-ton limits in underground parking, mixed chilled and frozen loads, fixed territories, delivery windows, balanced stop counts, minimum fleet size — more than 20 options in all.

5-minute dispatch
Optimal allocation and routing per vehicle, straight from an order upload
Live tracking
Driver phone GPS · ETA alerts · route-deviation detection
Proof and notifications
Delivery photos and signatures, customer alerts via KakaoTalk
Automatic reporting
Trip logs · driving behaviour · fuel · carbon emissions
SEECARGO automated dispatch screen — routing, territory, delivery, driver and cost options
Dispatch result — 100 stops allocated across 10 vehicles with routes drawn on the map
Per-vehicle dispatch detail — stop sequence and estimated arrival times

POINT · Live production screens

Unified control dashboard

Delay risk, undelivered jobs, GPS anomalies and vehicle shortfalls — caught on one screen. These are real screens from systems in production.

SEECARGO monitoring screen — dispatched vehicle list with live routes on the map
Route detail — planned versus driven route, with arrival times per stop
Unified control dashboard — delay risk, delivery completion, connectivity and vehicle shortfall cards
Map of delayed and anomalous vehicles alongside per-vehicle progress list
Live per-vehicle table — distance, drive time, fuel use, carbon emissions and safety score

POINT · Real app screens

Route Planner, in the driver's hand

Fifty stops sort themselves in one tap. The trip log starts in that optimized order, and any unfamiliar leg hands straight off to navigation.

Engine

03 / 06

We build the core technology ourselves

Dispatch, mapping, address conversion — all built in house and registered under copyright and patent. Take them as a finished product, or as individual APIs you bolt onto the system you already run. Because the core is ours, we can customize it to fit what you actually need.

TMS Dispatch Engine

DISPATCH
  • Optimal dispatch via ALNS (Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search)
  • 1,000 stops solved in under five minutes
  • 20+ constraints — territory, balancing, time windows, load
  • Patent — vehicle routing using a noising method (2020)

SLMap Mapping Engine

MAP
  • Map engine for desktop and mobile web, iOS and Android
  • Base maps from Naver Map, VWorld, OSM and Google
  • Extensions for marker clustering, heat maps and map charts
  • Software registrations — SLMap and one other

Geocoding Engine

GEOCODING
  • Address-to-coordinate, reverse and full-text geocoding
  • Nearest parcel lookup against administrative boundaries
  • Building-name search via alias data
  • Delivered TMAP geocoding, reverse-label and postcode services

Map-Matching Engine

MAP-MATCHING
  • Snaps raw GPS to the roads actually driven
  • Accurate distance that accounts for turns
  • Detects speeding, harsh acceleration, braking and cornering
  • Fuel and carbon emissions derived from standard consumption rates

Chapter 02

SI & Operations

One year to build it. Nine to keep it running.
We design and build systems for enterprises and public agencies,
then operate, enhance and maintain them for years afterwards.

More systems still
in our care
than have ever
left it

One team handles requirements analysis, data build-out, development, and the years of operation and maintenance that follow. Because we do not split building from running, the person who answers an incident is the person who built it.

Operations & Enhancement

TMAP Mobility · SK Telecom — nine consecutive years. We kept the back end running for the navigation platform most of Korea uses.

  • Map SDK development and operations — JavaScript / iOS / Android
  • Geocoding, reverse-label, postcode, geofencing and Road API engines
  • REST API operations — monitoring, incident response, ongoing VOC handling
  • Base and hybrid map tile production, updated monthly

TMAP TMS Dispatch Engine
Development & Open API Enhancement

TMAP Mobility · SK Telecom — eight consecutive years. We built and delivered the dispatch engine behind Korea’s leading mobility platform — the engine SEECARGO grew out of — and enhanced it every year.

  • Dispatch engine built on simulated annealing
  • Distance minimization, stop-count balancing and load capacity options
  • Full API set for depots, territories, vehicles and stops
  • Performance — 300 stops in under three minutes, up to 1,000
  • Built the TMS product page and interactive demo
